Insurance Code § 2208.101","heading":"ADMINISTRATION OF POOL; BOARD MEMBERSHIP.","body":"(a) A board of trustees shall administer the pool.\n(b) The board is composed of the members of the governing board of an association that:\n(1) on September 2, 1987, had been providing pooled self-insurance in this state for more than five years; and\n(2) has as the association's members the public entities that entered into the written agreement under Section 2208.051.\n(c) Board members shall represent members of the pool.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
