Insurance Code § 2209.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of trustees of the pool.\n(2) \"Fund\" means the Texas nonprofit organizations liability fund.\n(3) \"Nonprofit organization\" means an organization that is exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(a), Internal Revenue Code of 1986, by being described as an exempt organization by Section 501(c)(3) or (4), Internal Revenue Code of 1986.\n(4) \"Pool\" means the Texas Nonprofit Organizations Liability Pool.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
