Insurance Code § 2209.003","heading":"DEPARTMENT AND COMMISSIONER SUPERVISION.","body":"(a) The pool is subject to the department's continuing supervision relating to the pool's solvency.\n(b) The commissioner may set certain minimum requirements to ensure the capability of the pool to satisfy the pool's obligations.\n(c) The department shall charge the pool reasonable fees for services performed by the department under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
