Insurance Code § 2210.0025","heading":"BIENNIAL REPORT TO LEGISLATURE.","body":"On or before December 31 of each even-numbered year, the board of directors shall submit to the commissioner, the appropriate committees of each house of the legislature, and the Sunset Advisory Commission a written report relating to the operations of the association during the preceding biennium. The report must include:\n(1) any proposed changes in the laws relating to regulation of the association and a statement of the reasons for the changes; and\n(2) any information regarding association operations or procedures that is requested by the department to be addressed in the report.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1408 (H.B. 4409), Sec. 7, eff.
