Insurance Code § 2210.054","heading":"ANNUAL STATEMENT.","body":"(a) The association shall file annually with the department and the state auditor's office a statement covering periods designated by the department that summarizes the transactions, conditions, operations, and affairs of the association during the preceding year.\n(b) The statement must:\n(1) be filed at times designated by the department;\n(2) contain the information prescribed by the department; and\n(3) be in the form prescribed by the department.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
