Insurance Code § 2210.643","heading":"ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT BY COMMISSIONER.","body":"The commissioner shall determine the amount available in the catastrophe reserve trust fund as of December 31 of each year and provide a written report to the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the house of representatives that includes:\n(1) the amount available in the catastrophe reserve trust fund; and\n(2) information regarding the current financial condition of the association.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 895 (H.B. 3689), Sec. 1.15, eff.
