THIS SURCHARGE WILL BE USED TO REPAY STATE MONEY USED BY THE TEXAS WINDSTORM INSURANCE ASSOCIATION TO PAY FOR LOSSES AFTER A CATASTROPHIC EVENT, INCLUDING A HURRICANE. THE SURCHARGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL OR TERMINATE THIS POLICY.\"\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 895 (H.B. 3689), Sec. 1.15, eff.
