Insurance Code § 2210.654","heading":"REPORT.","body":"(a) Not later than November 15 of each even-numbered year, the board shall report on the board's activities under Section 2210.653 to:\n(1) the governor;\n(2) the lieutenant governor; and\n(3) the speaker of the house of representatives.\n(b) The report must include:\n(1) an analysis of any problems identified; and\n(2) recommendations for any legislative action necessary to address those problems and to foster stability, availability, and competition within the windstorm insurance industry.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1408 (H.B. 4409), Sec. 41, eff.
