Insurance Code § 2211.103","heading":"RECOMPUTATION OF REIMBURSEMENT RATIOS.","body":"If a participating insurer fails to pay an assessment because of the insurer's insolvency, the association shall immediately recompute the reimbursement ratios to exclude from the ratios the amount of that assessment the commissioner determines is uncollectible, so that the uncollectible amount is assumed by and redistributed among the remaining participating insurers.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
