Insurance Code § 2213.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Bank\" means a bank chartered under federal or state law.\n(2) \"Plan\" means a self-insurance trust's plan of organization and operation.\n(3) \"Savings and loan association\" means a savings and loan association chartered under federal or state law.\n(4) \"Self-insurance trust\" means a self-insurance trust organized and operated under this chapter.\n(5) \"Trustees\" means the trustees of a self-insurance trust.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
