Insurance Code § 2551.352","heading":"REVOCATION OF PERMIT AND FORFEITURE OF CHARTER.","body":"(a) A domestic corporation engaged in the business of title insurance that violates this title is subject to:\n(1) revocation by the commissioner of the corporation's permit; and\n(2) forfeiture of the corporation's charter.\n(b) A foreign corporation engaged in the business of title insurance that violates this title is subject to revocation by the commissioner of the corporation's permit.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
