Insurance Code § 2602.104","heading":"ASSOCIATION RECORDS.","body":"(a) The association shall maintain a record of its activities in exercising its powers and performing its duties under this chapter.\n(b) A record under Subsection (a) may be made public only on:\n(1) termination of a liquidation, rehabilitation, or conservation proceeding involving the impaired or insolvent title insurance company;\n(2) termination of the impairment or insolvency of the title insurance company; or\n(3) order of a court.\n(c) This section does not limit the association's duty to report on its activities under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
