Insurance Code § 2602.116","heading":"BOARD ACCESS TO RECORDS.","body":"The receiver, supervisor, conservator, or other statutory successor of an impaired title insurance company or agent shall give the board or its representative:\n(1) access to the company's or agent's records as necessary for the board to perform its functions under this chapter relating to covered claims; and\n(2) copies of those records on the board's request and at the board's expense.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
