Insurance Code § 2602.154","heading":"ENFORCEMENT OF FEE.","body":"(a) After notice and opportunity for hearing, the commissioner may suspend or revoke the certificate of authority or license to engage in business in this state of a title insurance company or agent that does not comply with this subchapter.\n(b) The commissioner shall adopt rules that implement the program created under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
