Insurance Code § 2602.452","heading":"ACTIONS FOR CERTAIN AGENTS.","body":"(a) The commissioner may direct the association, at the association's expense and on behalf of an impaired agent, to:\n(1) close real estate transactions;\n(2) disburse escrow funds;\n(3) record documents; and\n(4) issue final title insurance policies.\n(b) The association may employ or retain a person or persons to perform any action required under Subsection (a), in accordance with Section 2602.103(a).\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1025 (H.B. 4338), Sec. 10, eff.
