Insurance Code § 2651.003","heading":"LICENSE AND RENEWAL FEES.","body":"(a) The department shall prescribe the license fee in an amount not to exceed $50.\n(b) License fees, and renewal fees collected under this subchapter, shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Insurance operating account to be used by the department to enforce this chapter and any other law of this state that regulates title insurance agents.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
