Insurance Code § 2652.056","heading":"PROCEDURE FOR LICENSE RENEWAL.","body":"An individual may renew an unexpired escrow officer license by:\n(1) submitting to the department on a form provided by the department a completed application, signed and sworn by the individual, stating that the applicant is an individual who is a bona fide resident of this state or a state adjacent to this state; and\n(2) paying to the department a renewal fee in an amount set by the department.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
