Insurance Code § 2652.153","heading":"NOTICE OF TERMINATION.","body":"A title insurance agent or direct operation that terminates the employment of a licensed escrow officer shall:\n(1) immediately notify the department in writing of the termination and request cancellation of the appointment under Section 2652.1511; and\n(2) notify the escrow officer of the action by the title insurance agent or direct operation.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
