Insurance Code § 2703.208","heading":"ADDITIONS OR AMENDMENTS TO MANUAL.","body":"(a) An addition or amendment to the Basic Manual of Rules, Rates, and Forms for the Writing of Title Insurance in the State of Texas may be proposed and adopted by reference by publishing notice of the proposal or adoption by reference in the Texas Register.\n(b) Notice under this section must include:\n(1) a brief summary of the substance of the matter to be added or amended; and\n(2) a statement that the full text of the matter is available for review in the office of the chief clerk of the department.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff.
