Insurance Code § 3502.108","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, adopt reasonable rules:\n(1) relating to the minimum standards for coverage under policy forms consistent with the purpose of this chapter and the public policy of this state; and\n(2) necessary to establish guidelines, procedures, methods, standards, and criteria by which the types of forms and documents submitted to the department are to be reviewed and acted on by the department.\n(b) The department may establish requirements for data and information filed under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 3, eff.
