Insurance Code § 3504.0002","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"(a) This chapter applies to a travel insurance policy or certificate that:\n(1) provides coverage to a resident of this state or is sold, solicited, negotiated, or offered in this state; and\n(2) is delivered or issued for delivery in this state.\n(b) This chapter does not apply to a cancellation fee waiver or travel assistance service except as expressly provided in this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1000 (H.B. 2587), Sec. 1, eff.
