Insurance Code § 36.104","heading":"INFORMAL DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN CONTESTED CASES.","body":"(a) The commissioner may, on written agreement or stipulation of each party and any intervenor, informally dispose of a contested case in accordance with Section 2001.056, Government Code, notwithstanding any provision of this code that requires a hearing before the commissioner.\n(b) This section does not apply to a contested case under Title 5, Labor Code.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, Sec. 1, eff.
