Insurance Code § 36.153","heading":"SERVICE OF SUBPOENA.","body":"(a) A subpoena issued by the commissioner may be served, at the discretion of the commissioner, by the commissioner, an authorized agent of the commissioner, a sheriff, or a constable.\n(b) The sheriff's or constable's fee for serving the subpoena is the same as the fee paid to the sheriff or constable for similar services.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, Sec. 1, eff.
