Insurance Code § 36.156","heading":"OUT-OF-STATE MATERIALS.","body":"(a) A person with materials located outside this state that are requested by the commissioner may make the materials available for examination at the place where the materials are located.\n(b) The commissioner may designate a representative, including an official of the state in which the materials are located, to examine the materials.\n(c) The commissioner may respond to a similar request from an official of another state or of the United States.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, Sec. 1, eff.
