Insurance Code § 38.458","heading":"CONFLICT OF INTEREST.","body":"(a) The center shall ensure that employees of the center who are assigned to the analysis program:\n(1) are not simultaneously employed by a health benefit plan issuer or administrator; and\n(2) do not possess an ownership or other personal interest in a health benefit plan issuer or administrator.\n(b) The center may require an employee assigned to the analysis program to file a conflict of interest statement and a statement of ownership interests with the center to ensure compliance with this section.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 689 (H.B. 138), Sec. 1, eff.
