Section 2001 et seq., as amended, to solicit insurance in this state as provided by 12 U.S.C. Section 2218, as amended. The department shall issue the license in the manner provided by this subchapter for the licensing of a corporation.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
