Insurance Code § 4003.004","heading":"PROCEDURE FOR RENEWAL OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) A person may renew an unexpired license by:\n(1) filing a properly completed renewal application with the department in the form prescribed by the department; and\n(2) paying to the department the required renewal fee in an amount set by the department.\n(b) A person may not renew a license that has been suspended or revoked.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
