Insurance Code § 4003.009","heading":"INTERSTATE MOVE BY AGENT.","body":"(a) Not later than the 30th day after moving from one state to another state, an agent licensed in this state shall file with the department:\n(1) the agent's new address; and\n(2) proof of authorization to engage in the business of insurance in the new state of residence.\n(b) The department may not charge a fee or require a license application under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
