Insurance Code § 4004.101","heading":"PROGRAM CERTIFICATION.","body":"(a) The department shall certify continuing education programs for agents and adjusters. The certification criteria must be designed to ensure that continuing education programs enhance the knowledge, understanding, and professional competence of the license holder.\n(b) Only a program that satisfies the criteria established by rule by the commissioner may receive certification.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
