Insurance Code § 4005.103","heading":"PROBATED LICENSE SUSPENSION.","body":"If a license suspension is probated, the commissioner may require the license holder to:\n(1) report regularly to the department on any matter that is the basis of the probation;\n(2) limit the license holder's practice to the areas prescribed by the department; or\n(3) continue or review professional education until the license holder attains a degree of skill satisfactory to the commissioner in each area that is the basis of the probation.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
