Insurance Code § 4005.152","heading":"AGENT ASSISTING OR CONSPIRING WITH PERSON WHOSE LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED OR REVOKED; CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person is an agent who holds a license under this code and the person assists or conspires with a person whose license as an agent has been suspended or revoked to act as an agent.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:\n(1) a fine not to exceed $1,000;\n(2) confinement in jail for a term of not more than six months; or\n(3) both fine and confinement in jail under this subsection.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
