Insurance Code § 4054.052","heading":"COMBINATION LIFE INSURANCE AGENT.","body":"(a) In this section, a \"combination company\" means an insurer that writes weekly premium life insurance or monthly ordinary life insurance on a debit basis.\n(b) A person may not act as a combination life insurance agent for a combination company unless the person holds a general life, accident, and health license or a life agent license.\n(c) A combination company and a combination life insurance agent may also write ordinary life insurance contracts.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
