Insurance Code § 4055.052","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or this code, the commissioner shall issue a specialty license to a rental car company, or to the franchisee of a rental car company, that complies with this subchapter.
