Insurance Code § 4055.103","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or this code, the commissioner may issue a specialty license to a retail distributor of goods, an automobile dealer, a bank, a state or federal savings and loan, a state or federal credit union, a finance company, a production credit association, a manufactured home retailer, or a mobile home retailer that complies with this subchapter. The specialty license may be issued only for the limited purposes specified by this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
