Insurance Code § 4055.202","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or this code, the commissioner may issue a specialty license to a self-service storage facility or to the franchisee of a self-service storage facility that complies with this subchapter. The specialty license may be issued only for the limited purposes specified by this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
