Insurance Code § 4101.102","heading":"LIMITED LICENSE.","body":"(a) If considered necessary by the commissioner, the department may issue a limited license to an applicant in the manner otherwise provided for the issuance of a license under this chapter.\n(b) The license shall specifically limit the kinds of insurance that may be handled by the person.\n(c) The person may not adjust claims in a kind of insurance other than that for which the adjuster is specifically licensed.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
