Insurance Code § 4101.151","heading":"PLACE OF BUSINESS.","body":"(a) A licensed adjuster shall maintain a place of business that is:\n(1) located at the place at which the adjuster principally conducts transactions under the license; and\n(2) accessible to the public.\n(b) A licensed adjuster shall promptly notify the commissioner if the adjuster changes the location of the adjuster's place of business.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
