Insurance Code § 4101.203","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 4101.051 or 4101.102(c). An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:\n(1) a fine of not more than $500;\n(2) confinement in the county jail for not more than six months; or\n(3) both the fine and the confinement.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
