Insurance Code § 4102.066","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall collect in advance the following nonrefundable fees:\n(1) for a public insurance adjuster license, an application fee in an amount to be determined by rule by the commissioner;\n(2) for a nonresident public insurance adjuster license, an application fee in an amount to be determined by rule by the commissioner; and\n(3) for each public insurance adjuster examination, a fee in an amount to be determined by rule by the commissioner.\n(b) The amount of the fee for the renewal of a license issued under this chapter shall be determined by rule by the commissioner.\n(c) The commissioner shall set the fees in amounts reasonable and necessary to implement this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 728 (H.B. 2018), Sec. 11.082(a), eff.
