Insurance Code § 4151.210","heading":"EFFECT OF REVOCATION OF OTHER CERTIFICATES.","body":"An officer or a director or a shareholder with a controlling interest of an entity whose certificate of authority to engage in the business of insurance or other analogous authorization has been revoked in this state or in any other state may not act as an officer, director, member, manager, or partner, or as a shareholder with a controlling interest, of an entity that holds a certificate of authority issued under this chapter unless the commissioner determines, for good cause shown, that it is in the public interest to permit the individual to act in that capacity.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1176 (H.B. 472), Sec. 1.19, eff.
