Insurance Code § 4152.101","heading":"EXAMINATION BY COMMISSIONER.","body":"(a) A reinsurance intermediary is subject to examination by the commissioner of the reinsurance intermediary's:\n(1) financial condition; and\n(2) compliance with the laws of this state affecting the conduct of the reinsurance intermediary's business.\n(b) A manager may be examined as if the manager were an insurer.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
