Insurance Code § 4152.255","heading":"NOTIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF MANAGER'S CONTRACT.","body":"(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date an insurer terminates a manager's contract, the insurer shall provide written notice to the commissioner of the termination, including the reasons for termination.\n(b) The notice is a privileged communication and is not subject to public disclosure or admission into evidence in any proceeding.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff.
