Insurance Code § 421.002","heading":"CERTIFICATES FROM OTHER STATES.","body":"In computing the reserve liability of an insurer, the commissioner may accept the certificate of the officer of another state charged with the duty of supervising the insurer if:\n(1) the insurer is organized under the laws of the other state; and\n(2) the certificate shows that the reserve liability has been computed in accordance with Section 421.001.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 1, eff.
