Insurance Code § 462.111","heading":"ACCESS TO RECORDS OF MEMBER INSURER IN RECEIVERSHIP; ACTUARIAL AND OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS.","body":"(a) The association shall have access to the books and records of a member insurer in receivership to determine the extent of the impact on the association if the member becomes impaired.\n(b) The association may:\n(1) perform or cause to be performed an actuarial and operational analysis of the member insurer; and\n(2) prepare a report on matters relating to the impact or potential impact on the association in the event of impairment.\n(c) A report prepared under Subsection (b) is not a public document.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 1, eff.
