Insurance Code § 462.113","heading":"BOARD REPORT ON CONCLUSION OF INSOLVENCY.","body":"On the conclusion of the insolvency of a domestic insurer with respect to which the association was obligated to pay covered claims, the board may:\n(1) prepare a report on the history and causes of the insolvency, based on information available to the association; and\n(2) submit the report to the commissioner.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 1, eff.
