Insurance Code § 462.213","heading":"AMOUNT OF INDIVIDUAL COVERED CLAIM; LIMIT.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b) and Section 462.252, an individual covered claim may not exceed $300,000.\n(b) The association shall pay the full amount of a covered claim arising out of a workers' compensation claim made under a workers' compensation insurance policy.\n(c) For purposes of this section, an individual covered claim includes any derivative claims by more than one person that arise from the same occurrence.
