Insurance Code § 6002.304","heading":"REAPPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) A holder of a registration certificate, license, or testing laboratory approval that has been revoked under this chapter may not file another application for a registration certificate, license, or approval before the first anniversary of the effective date of the revocation.\n(b) An individual or organization reapplying under this section must request a public hearing to show cause why the issuance of a new registration certificate, license, or approval should not be denied.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 730 (H.B. 2636), Sec. 1J.001, eff.
