Insurance Code § 751.202","heading":"WORK PLAN.","body":"Before beginning an examination, market conduct surveillance personnel shall prepare a work plan that includes:\n(1) the name and address of the insurer to be examined;\n(2) the name and contact information of the examiner-in-charge;\n(3) a statement of the reasons for the examination;\n(4) a description of the scope of the examination;\n(5) the date the examination is scheduled to begin;\n(6) notice to any non-insurance department personnel who will assist in the examination;\n(7) a time estimate for the examination; and\n(8) if the cost of the examination is billed to the affected insurer:\n(A) a budget for the examination; and\n(B) an identification of factors that will be included in the billing.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 291 (S.B. 14), Sec. 3, eff.
