Insurance Code § 823.106","heading":"STANDARDS OF REVIEW; REASONS FOR DISAPPROVAL.","body":"(a) In reviewing a transaction under this subchapter, the commissioner shall consider whether the transaction:\n(1) complies with the standards provided by Section 823.101; and\n(2) may adversely affect the interest of the insurer's policyholders.\n(b) The commissioner shall set forth the specific reasons for the disapproval of a transaction reviewed under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
