Insurance Code § 823.156","heading":"NOTICE EXPENSES.","body":"(a) A person who files a statement under Section 823.154 shall pay the expenses of mailing each related notice required by the commissioner.\n(b) As security for the payment of the expenses, the person, at the request of the commissioner or the domestic insurer, shall file with the commissioner an acceptable bond or other deposit in an amount determined by the commissioner.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
